My Story

This year I’m taking on the Great North Swim to raise money for Cancer Research UK, a cause that means so much to me. I lost both my mum and my grandma to this awful disease, and I’m determined to do something in their memory.

Right now, I’m not quite ready to swim the full mile — but over the next few months I’ll be training hard and pushing myself every step of the way to get there. It won’t be easy, but knowing why I’m doing this will keep me going.
